  • I focus on the Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems which includes all marketing, sales, CRM, and integrated data solutions. My certifications are listed directly under my FAQs and you are welcome to reach out to learn more about the depth or breadth of my services.

  • The areas I know best and include in my services are CRM, marketing automation, AI, data management and integrations, analytics and measurement, and content production.

  • While I am Salesforce and HubSpot certified, I do not and will never accept payment from my partners for my recommendations or referrals. My role is exclusively to represent and support my clients, not my partners.

  • I certainly do. While my deliverables focus on vision, strategy, and roadmapping, I have hands-on experience with the implementation and management of all solutions I include in my recommendations.

     

    Some complex or highly customized implementations require a diverse team of skillsets that could include solution architects, developers, data experts, designers, and SMEs.
